Although my husband enjoyed this and it was juicy, the taste left something to be desired. I usually love sundried tomatoes, but I think the dressing added too much of a vinegary flavor and I did not like that at all.
Great taste!!! I didn't make it on the grill. I baked the salmon and it was delicious and very quick to make. Everyone loved it. It came out juice and the tomatoes and sauce gave it a great flavor. I will definitely make it again.
My husband made this for a block party and everyone raved about it. It was so moist and the sundried tomatoes add such wonderful flavor. I can't wait to try this again.
LOVED THIS!!!! I live in a very small town. So, we used foil, and our salmon was 4 frozen pieces total weight 1 pound. My husband is not fond of fish so it took me 4 years to get him to make it. He loved it. He and I both really like sun dried tomatoes. We pours the sauce over the salmon as soon as we put the salmon on the grill. We folded the edges of the foil up to retain the sauce. If you like sun dried tomatoes you will love this recipe.
It's quick, simple and delicious. What more could you want? I live in a small town and could not find the large cedar planks and had to make do with cutting the filet in half and cooking on two smaller planks. Still works great!

I've never cooked on cedar plank before and this was delicious! I sprinkled some breadcrumbs on it in the last 5 minutes of cooking and it was fantastic! Will definitely make again!
This is so easy and delicious. I've used the same "sauce" on red snapper and orange roughy fish - it's become my family's summer favorite! Fast, easy and oh so good! If you have no plank to use, prepare it on heavy aluminum foil; also can be done in a hot oven (450º) and then 2 min. under the broiler.
I was never a big salmon fan until I tried this recipe ... now I love it. The salmon had a wonderful flavor and was very tender & moist. Bravo!
