Living down South, anything cool is good. This recipe was very easy and my kids and husband enjoyed it very much. It was a great Father's Day dessert!

I served for a luncheon and ladies thought it must have taken me hours to prepare. Hint: place serving plates in freezer an hour before serving this. It keeps it from melting so fast.

Great for a light low-cal dessert. I used fat-free Cool Whip and low-fat cream cheese and evaporated milk. If you're not counting calories and fat, it would be even better with a graham cracker crust.

We loved the dessert, next time we might add more sherbet. But very good.
