Strawberry Margarita Squares recipe

Love a frozen margarita? This one takes the cake. A strawberry, lime juice and cream cheese filling tops a pretzel crust for a perfect way to chill out.

I made this for a baby shower luncheon several years ago and everyone raved. It is so easy to make and great for a summer day.

This was great and so easy! I made it for a co-worker and brought it to work the next day for her birthday. It melts pretty quickly so if you have any leftovers make sure you put it in the freezer.

This was great. My guest really enjoyed. The salty taste mixed with the lime juice was very good.

I made a graham cracker crust instead (frozen instead of baked). I also used fresh strawberries which means I had to add more so that the color would be slightly pink. Everybody liked it.

Very easy to make. I used low fat plain Cool Whip and it was still very good. Very refreshing dessert!

I've made this before and I'll make it again. I used pretzel rods and would suggest starting with a smaller, thinner pretzel. Maybe the thin sticks so that the crust will be easier to crush and make into a crust. Also, I've used both fresh and frozen strawberries and I actually think frozen are easier to puree

I love this. My husband didn't like it so I took it with me to work. Everyone there loved it! The only thing I think I would change is maybe making a graham cracker crust because I wasn't that big a fan of the pretzel crust.
