It was good but it melted too quickly for me and it wasn't a hit as the chocolate mousse squares.

I wanted a light, non chocolate dessert, and this fit the bill! It was simple to make, and one that I had most of the ingredients on hand. My husband smacked his lips and said I could make it again soon! I might add some red food color though, mine didn't look so pink which could be the fault of the strawberries! Will definitely make this again!

I made it for my husbands potluck @ work! It was a rave! The only thing I changed was pretzels to graham cracker crust. I couldn't find non-salted pretzels 7 was afraid it would be too salty.

The crust didn't turn out well, possibly my fault, but it tasted very buttery even though I added more than the required pretzels. Absolutely delicious though.

Had extra pureed strawberries which I spooned over the servings and it added to the overall taste and appearance.
