This is one of the most delicious desserts I have ever tasted. My entire family is nuts about it and everytime we have a get-together I am required to bring at least two of these fabulous pies (one is never enough) and the "oohs "and "aahs" never fail to be heard after the first bites. I think I am getting hungry for a piece of Kahlua Pie right now.

Ingrediants aren't always the cheapest thing but definately an easy dish to make, considering my skills in cooking are basically only pre-made cookie dough cookies and canned soup and I can make this! Very popular dish whenever I've made it and have had requests for repeated serving of.

Coffee lovers-I HIGHLY suggest trying Cafe Vienna in place of Kahlua Cafe. It gives it a smooth, espresso taste which is rounded out nicely by the Cool Whip/vanilla pudding combo. My company was very impressed with this recipe. Well done.

I was not able to find the Kahlua Cafe at any stores in Chicago. I decided to use the Italian Cappuccino flavor instead. I also topped it with Raspberries. It was delicious. I am actually thinking of making just the filling to keep in the freezer instead of ice cream. <<< Response from Kraft Kitchens Expert, Mary ~ Any flavor of GENERAL FOODS INTERNATIONAL COFFEES can be substituted for the Kahlua Cafe Flavor. >>>

This recipe was quick and easy and provided an unique dessert with great taste when company comes. I'm not a coffee drinker, but this was excellent.

Perhaps add more kahlua, the taste was too weak

This recipte is extremely easy to make with very few ingrediants and time. You don't have to freeze it completely to serve it if you are short on time. I have made this recipe twice for parties. It was a huge hit for both parties.

I used Hazelnut falvored coffee instead of Kahlua. Was perfect for Christmas with a cup of coffee sitting next to the fire.
