We really like this. I cooked in the crockpot. I double the sauce ingredients and added the A1 during the cooking process instead of at the end. Cooked on slow for 8 hours, shredding after 6 hours. Good stuff.

I left the A-1 out (didn't think I would like it) and doubled the ingredients to drizzle extra when the meat was done. I slow cooked mine in the oven at 275 for 7 hrs. Tender as can be & the extra sauce was a hit!

I think adding the A-1 steak sauce ruined the flavor. It was overwhelming. I slow cooked the pork in the crockpot with all ingredients except the A-1 and it was great.

In a pinch, I cooked a 2.5 lb. pork shoulder in the oven at 350 degrees for 2 hours and still had a great meal.

It was hit with my grandchildren, they just couldn't get enough of the pork on bun. I will make it over and over again for my grandkid's.
