Very good. We especially liked the blue cheese butter. However, I used the horseradish option and melted the butter just a little bit for blending - yum. It was tasty on our baked potatoes too.

If you're looking for a blue cheese-crusted steak like you might order at a steakhouse, this is nowhere close to it! The recipe was just ok. Nothing special. It's just butter, green onions and blue cheese crumbles on steak. I wouldn't recommend.

I love this recipe! My husband is extremely picky with steak, only he is allowed to do the grilling! This time I made it and he was very impressed. One question, does anyone know what type of potatoes those are pictured with the steak?

Made this recipe yesterday for my mother's birthday and it was great. I broiled the steaks and at the last minute of cooking I topped the steaks with the sauce and it was wonderful. It was an unique change from the average steak sauce and I will make this recipe again.

very good. used sirloin instead and it was yummy! i love the blue cheese butter. used on potatoes too.
