Needed much more spice.

I used frozen peppers in my rice, but even without the water from the peppers, it was a bit watery. The next time I made it, I used less water than the rice itself called for, and it came out much better.

Not bad at all. Everything was great and I made it a little spicer than it was suppose to be, just to give it the extra kick.

Really enjoyed the pork, but not the rice. Will use the pork, onions, and peppers for pork fajitas.

This was loved by the family I just think next time I am going to grill the pork rather than fry it.

Added entire packet of taco seasoning plus cayenne and other herbs/spices because we like spicy food.

I made this once and we thought it was good but not great. The second time I made it I added a cup of salsa and omitted the cilantro. We loved it!

I substituted sliced left-over baked pork chops and it turned out pretty good. It was a bit too spicy for me, so next time I would use less of the taco seasoning. Otherwise, I think it's a nice meal alternative that I will use again
