THIS IS A GREAT WAY TO USE UP VARIOUS LEFT OVER VEGGIES, LIKE PEPPERS, ONIONS, TOMATOES (ESPECIALLY GRAPE AND CHERRY), AND EVEN BROCCOLI, CAUIFLOWER AND STEAMED CARROTS.

oh this was so fantastic, i used cherry tomatoes and pineapple chunks from a can.,.... SOOOO good, great with a baked potato
