I would make this again, but without the curry. It really took away from the sweetness of the coconut.

I also had some trouble with the breading. My husband recommended drying the shrimp off more before dipping them in the egg?!?! I don't know, I had trouble getting it to stick on the shrimp. It was very tastie though!

I had some issues with the breading even though I only did one shrimp at a time. The flavor was great, even though it didn't look as nice in the picture. None of my guests used the orange-currey dip I made, but opted to use the spare dipping sauce from the Asian honey bbq drummies. They said it tasted wonderful together. My friend is even making it for her 4 year olds birthday party.

The Shake 'n Bake Coconut Shrimp turned out wonderful! They had a great blend of flavors and spices, especially with the Orange-Curry Dip!

My boyfriend and I LOVED this recipe. I made it with the orange dipping sauce and I cooked it with chicken curry--a great combination. The batter stuck just fine to the shrimp.

Fabulous flavor -- was a big hit! The recipe was less time consuming than I thought it might be and it was worth the preparation.
