It was okay...I won't be making this again.

I made this and everyone loved it. We like Stroganoff, so this was a must try. I did leave out the mustard, but added a touch of red wine during the final stages. I also added a bit more broth to help keep the meat tender during cooking. But it was simple to make and everyone loved it. I will make this again.

This is a good recipe. The only thing that I did different was I didnt add the mustard at the end. Nice to be able to start dinner and carry on with your day without having to stand over the cooker.

If you don't like sour cream, then beef stroganoff is not a dish for you. Sour cream makes this dish what it is supposed to be. I'd never had it with Grey Poupon, and I would probably leave it out next time I make this. The recipe is excellent!

I did not like this at all. The sour cream overpowered everything. I woul make it with less sour cream if I ever made it again.

Gotta agree...no one in my family enjoyed this dinner. It sounded so good but did not pan out!

My husband really like this recipe. I liked the fact that I could throw everything together and forget about it. One thing though, my cream cheese didn't melt as fast as I thought it should. I think next time I will try to get it at room temperature 1st before putting it in the crock.
