I followed other reviewers' suggestions and added: 1 C. sour cream, 1/2 sliced green pepper, seasoned the meat with pepper steak. The result tasted very good but looked like soup, so I added 3 Tbls. of cornstarch. I think it was STILL too thin. Next time I plan to use only 1 cup of broth.
