I love this recipe. The only thing is that I think it needs just a little more salt.

I'm giving it a 3 because it was quick. but it is not a true stroganoff. The meat however somes out very tender. Not sure if I would make again.

This is not a keeper. The mustard just ruined the whole thing. Who puts Dijon mustard in stroganoff? It was pasty and just not very tasty.

Made this Slow-Cooker Beef Stroganoff today, browned the beef prior to adding to crockpot. I did not use the mustard since I do not usually like mustard in my recipes. Served over egg noodles. It was wonderful.

Very easy and excellent. Used boneless beef loin top sirloin steak, fresh whole mushrooms, 1/2 C water with 1 beef bouillon cube and 2 Tbsp. red wine. Added some cut up small carrots and 2 stalks of celery. Next time plan to use a bit more flour to thicken. Very tasty. It's a keeper recipe.
