Excellent weeknight meal- easy to prepare. Just throw everything in the crock pot and it is pretty much ready when you come home. This is good with chicken also.

the sauce was too thin and it did not have enough flavor

REALLY good, super easy to prepare.....I did brown the meat first, came out really tender.

Meat came out dry, and the sauce was too mushroom-y for my taste. I won't make it again.

Delicious - I made it exactly like the recipe said - no changes and it turned out great.

It was very good but I think next time I will not add all the Paprika, I could taste it so personally it was a bit much. Next time I will brown the meat and add extra onions and garlic but overall it was really good, my husband loved it.

I will be making this recipe for the 3rd time tomorrow. My family loves it. The dijon mustard gives it a little something extra. I will definately be making it again and I have told others about it and they will be tring it soon.

I read the reviews and from them I decided to brown my meat in a small amount of steak sauce. One other change I made was change the mustard to half the called for amount.I followed the direction exactly after that.We loved it.My husband raved about it.I will keep this one, and with little effort you end up with a fabulous meal.
