I recommend fresh mushrooms, however, you can use canned. Also When I am ready to serve, I add a can or two of cream of mushroom soup to thicken the sauce. Yum Yum....Great recipe.

I was lazy and used canned mushrooms and left over packet from ramen noodles for the broth, but it worked. Although I had too much liquid and it was runny, but I'll be more careful next time!

This recipe was very nummy!! Also very easy to make. I would suggest using beef bullion cubes instead of beef broth. It was a little more flavorful.

Taste was a bit bland....as if it needed something more.

I was to cook dinner for my boyfriend's family for the first time and needed a quick and no brainer meal. This was perfect!! I was a little worried about the cream cheese but it tasted great! My boyfriend's family likes to cook with ALOT of butter and grease which leaves the food tasteless and meesy; this dinner was even a hit with them. Thanks

This recipe was very easy to make but was a bit too plain in taste for me, so I added 2 tlbs of cider vinegar which improved the taste. Thank you for helping me in the kitchen.

Thought this recipe was great, easy. It's not rocket science to know you should remove a little liquid. I added sour cream as will. Just had to. Seemed un- orthodox not to. Adding the noodles to the sauce after removing appropiate amount of liquid, with sour cream takes care of the "runny" nature. I added a little parmesan cheese to my plate. Great.
