I've made this 2 times. Both times it was tasteless and even when smothered in garlic salt it was not worth eating.

I also think the mustard overpowered it and it was not very creamy. My husband did not like it and neither did I.

Very good, and easy. I used a little bit of cream cheese in addition to the sour cream - I just had it in the fridge to use up, so I threw it in. Creamy, and a good change of pace.

My husband and I both liked this very much. Next time I will use more than a cup of sour cream, as my stroganoff was a little dry. And, my mother-in-law uses a bit of red wine, which gives it a nice, rich flavor. I will try that next time, too.

Very good and filling! I put the noodles in with the meat 20 minutes before I added 1/2 c. cour cream and 4 oz. cream cheese (instead of just 1 cup sour cream) and had to add the rest of the can of beef broth to make sure the noodles got cooked. I didn't put in any mustard or parsley, but will try it next time. The cream cheese gave the dish a slightly sweet after-taste; it was unique. All in all, very good and easy to make!

HORRIBLE!!!! No flavor at all. Had to doctor up and still was very bland. Never make this one again.

Horrible... my husband and I couldn't even eat it. The mustard was beyond overpowering.

My family and I thought that this was very bland. I had to add a lot of pepper and parmesean cheese after serving just to eat it. My kids usually eat anything with pasta in it and they didn't hardly touch this.
