Easy to prepare, smelled wonderful, but had a very odd taste. My family refused to eat anymore after the first bite.

Not only was this chicken dish delicious but it was easyto make. My husband even liked it and chicken is not his favorite food. This will be a regular in our house.

I thought the sauce and veggies turned out fantastic. However, my chicken was dry. I haven't seen where anyone else had that problem, so maybe I did something wrong. I enjoyed the flavor though, so I'll try it again.

This dish was well liked by my very picky 11 and 14 year olds. They have a policy of not eating anything from the crock pot. I did leave out the pineapple though. It was great!

my husband and i liked this one, but the kids really didnt like it much. ours didnt get very sweet, was mostly soy sauce.

Wonderful! I followed other comments and cut the soy sauce to 1/4 cup, and I also left out the ginger root. In a pinch, the recipe can also be followed as a stir fry. First, saute' chicken pieces in a little olive oil and add vegetables and ingredients on a condensed timeline.
