Slow-Cooker Saucy Meatballs recipe
One fan told us, "This is my go-to recipe for spaghetti and meatballs!" What makes them so flavorful? A stretch in the slow-cooker with all that sauce.

Sauce was dry by the time we ate dinner.

My family, friends, and I really love this recipe. It has become one of our favorites. For the kids, I made meatball subs which they enjoyed very much, even some asked for seconds. To make it even saucier some of us added warmed up spaghetti sauce to our dishes.

This dish was very easy to make, and tasted awesome; however, it really isn't "saucy" enough to serve over pasta. It probably would be better served as a meatball sub.

It was better than some of the sweet and sour chicken I have had in restaurants. I like being able to come home from work and all ready having it prepared for me. I love chinese food.

If you have the morning time and a crock pot this is really easy! La Rae

BEST meatballs "Ive" ever made. So easy too. My mother, who makes awesome meatballs & sauce just loved these and that says ALOT. I have made these 6 or 7 times already that is how much we like them. It is important to use good quality, low fat ground beef. I use 1/2 beef with 1/2 ground sausage. Also, a good quality sauce you have tried and really like will make a big difference. Quality ingredients yeild a quality product. If yours is coming out greasy it is due to the meat you are using. Quality ingredients, yield a quality product. A+++

The meatballs came out like mush and my kids didn't like the sauce

I wasn't expecting the sauce to be thin and greasy. I would suggest making the meatballs first in the crockpot, drain the grease, then add the sauce later.

Awesome! Meatballs without the time or mess! My family really liked this. You can easily customize this to suit your family's tastes. This made enough meatballs that next time I might double the sauce.
