I made this last night and it was delicious. I doubled the pasta, and added chopped onion and a can of black beans. I didn't have zucchini, so I left it out. It turned out nice and thick. I'll definitely make this again :)

Extreamlly healthy recipe! Lots of fiber and it allowed me to add more! I used the basis recipe then added a can of rinsed black bean and garbanza beans. used a full cup of macaroni and traded zucchini for some carrots and celery. By the time I was finished I had more of a very filling stew. It was very good. My husband, who used to be a meat and potatoe man, really said it was good enouph that he really did'nt mind giving up the meat for a healthy great tasting dish like this! Wow!

This recipe went together so easily that it was ready before I was! Hit with the family - added baked chicken, cubed - but will try again as is!

My family really enjoyed this recipe!!! I did not have zucchini so I replaced it with potatoes. I served this wonderful chowder with biscuits & butter. We will certainly have this again!

I use 2C chicken, 1 can broth11.5 oz V8 juice and repace the corn with mexicorn. The rest the same. Try it!!

I loved this recipe. The flavor is wonderful, and the recipe is easy to make.
