Grilled Shrimp-Caesar Salad

My husband grilled the shrimp while I put the salad together, it was a great dish. I used the ceasar salad in a bag and also added cucumbers to it. Very good.

What You Need

1/2

cup KRAFT Lite Creamy Caesar Dressing, divided

Tbsp. lemon juice

1/2

tsp. black pepper

3/4

lb. uncooked deveined peeled large shrimp

cups tightly packed torn romaine lettuce

tomatoes, cut into wedges

cup seasoned fat-free croutons

1/4

cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Make It

HEAT grill to medium heat.

MIX 2 Tbsp. dressing, lemon juice and pepper in large bowl. Add shrimp; toss to coat.

GRILL shrimp 2 to 3 min. on each side or until shrimp turn pink.

TOSS lettuce with tomatoes, croutons and remaining dressing in serving bowl. Top with shrimp and cheese.

Special Extra

Serve with lemon wedges.

Substitute

Substitute 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts for the shrimp. Grill 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165°F); cut into strips.

Prepare using KRAFT Caesar Vinaigrette Dressing.

well, i want to try this since i am tired fo the same food's oh by the way my husband is a 43year retired albertson mg. and we use to get lot's of goodies. it was great. all free of course. we love kraft. i am glad i found you on the computer.i just found the sight since i signed on to you so i will make the reciept and i am sure it will be good.
