We loved it as a family. It was quick, and affordable to make. We added some ham cubes into it and very little salt. Other then that I did excatly what it called for and will make it again.

The first time I made this there was not a lot of flavor. I altered the recipe (did not use the green chiles or cilantro and added onions & cayenne pepper) and my husband loved it. I also used a 4-blend cheese. I tried topping it with salsa but my husband wasn't too thrilled although I liked it.

I absolutely love this recepie I make it once a week. I adjusted a few things though, I don't add the cheese or the cilantro and everyone loves it!!!

It was lacking in flavor and tasted very much like a watered down Spanish Rice side dish. Our family didn't like this dish whatsoever.

This is one of my favorites!! I make mine with zucchini cause my husband doesn't like grn peppers. The leftovers don't last very long.

I liked this recipe. I added some onion, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and cumin and left out the cilantro. It had a great flavor.

While this recipe isn't as spicy as the title suggests, it is one of my favorite recipes and I make it quite often. It's very simple to make and overall a fairly nutritious dish.

So easy to make, and absolutely delicious. I added a pinch of cumin and chili powder to give it more of a kick and it turned out great.

This might be the best recipe that I've found on this website. It's very quick and easy and has great flavor. And it's good for you, too!

this meal was great but i added some leftover chicken breast and leftover corn about 1/4 cup fat free sour cream i dont think it added too many extra calories and it was good !! my kids asked for seconds , and this was very inexpensive , i enjoy finding healthy maels that fit my small budget
