I love this fudge recipe! I make it all the time for myself and for gifts. It's so easy and so versatile! I've added chopped nuts for extra texture, flavored liquors (1-2 tablespoons, or to taste), orange zest, etc. to create flavors like mint chocolate, caramel chocolate, chocolate walnut. Also, I've substituted white chocolate for milk chocolate and vanilla pudding instead of chocolate and come up with flavors like maple walnut (just use maple syrup!), creamsicle (orange liqueur and orange zest, and peanut butter.
