I really enjoyed this recipe, it tasted great with or without the sour cream
Really good...trying to eat healthier and less meat. Was so easy and my husband really enjoyed it too. Leftovers were even better!
My husband and I love this recipe. I've made it twice and it was delicious both times. Easy to make too!
Needs some fresh pepper. Otherwise..its become one of the staples in my house...where I'm the only vegetarian...but everyone is happy.
I made this recipe twice already. The first time I made it I had to buy the Grilled Vegetable BOCA burger because they didn't have to ground BOCA burger at the store I went to. It turned out great. I just had to microwave the veggie burger and then chop it small. I still threw it into the mixture when it said to "ADD all remaining ingredients. The next time I made it I used the BOCA meatless ground burger and it didn't turn out as tasty. So when I make it again I'll use the veggie burger or maybe even try one of the other BOCA flavor burgers. Overall a really good recipe that is fast and easy.
I made this receipe exactly as stated and it was wonderful. My elderly mother lives with me and she is a very picky eater and even she enjoyed this. I am doing Weight Watchers and it worked right into my plan of healthy eating. Low cal and low fat is perfect for me too becasuse I am a type II diabetic. I will be enjoying the leftovers for lunch today. For you WW people it works out to 4 points per serving which is very low!!!
I used a 12 oz. pkg. of yolk free noodles (instead of 3 cups), added a can of vegetable broth, used fresh mushrooms and 3 pkg. of Boca Meatless Ground Burger and didn't use sour cream (which we don't like) and it was delicious.
Made it with ground turkey and it tasted great.
low calorie and delicious!
This recipe wasn't bad, but it was quite bland. If I make it again, I will cut back on the sour cream as well! THANKS.
