This was fine. Kind of like a taco in a pasta bowl. Everyone enjoyed it. I would make it again, it is easy. Easier to eat than tacos, less mess!

This was a great recipe - something a little different than just your typical spaghetti or tacos. Also very easy to make! The only corn I had was salted but it still tasted fine. You can eat it with tortilla chips for extra texture =) Husband approved!

This is one of my family's favorite recipes! It seems to get requested at least a couple times a month. We use ground turkey instead of beef for less fat and medium salsa to add some spice.

My husband was unsure of this meal when he first saw it. As soon as he tried it, though, he was amazed. I made it two weeks ago and he still talks about it. I will make this again - it's delicious!

Very good, I think I will saute the zucchini for a bit before adding them next time though, over all a good meal, and it makes alot.
