I made this for Thanksgiving and it was requested again for Christmas. I put the cream cheese in the center of the jello instead of on the bottom and added a small can of crushed pineapple. Delicious!!! In all I made this four times over the holidays.

I used a 13"x9" pan and the cream cheese and whip topping is spread out more, so when you cut some jello you also get the cream cheese/whip topping. It is wonderful.

I made this for Thanksgiving in 2003, my only complaint was that all of the cream cheese mixture was at the bottom. I used a serving bowl almost Identical to the one pictured. This year thanksgiving 2004 I used a regular jello mold and put half of the jellow mix in the mold then I added the cream cheese mixture then the rest of the jello mixture. Not only did it taste good, but it looked very festive! Oh yeah I found cranraspberry jello and used that instead of cherry! Thanks for the wonderful recipe!
