My family love these tasty little cups. Haven't made them for a while. But on the menu for this weekend.
These were so good. I used Manwich, instead of the bar-b-que sauce. My husband doesn't like bar-b-que, but he really liked these.
Very good!
My kids absolutely loved this dish (which pretty much never happens!). It was relatively easy to make and served up nicely with rice and salad fixings. My suggestion would be to pull the biscuit over the muffin, and then put the meat in, letting it pull the biscuit to the bottom and form the sides on it's own.
Super easy, fast and yummy!!! I made it with the 10 biscuits and 1 lbs of ground turkey instead of the beef. I had extra meat, which I plan on using for the next night. Great for dinner with a salad, and would be easy for a party.
Browned chicken breasts, then shredded them. Warmed them with a can of Mexican corn and half a chopped onion, and BBQ sauce with a little water. Then baked them as recipe suggested. Came out Great!!
so easy and my boys 4,9 and 13 all loved them even my husband.
I was trying to find something different to cook instead of the same old same old. I decided I would try this recipe and it was a hit with my family. My ailing 92 year old step father who hardly eats anything, ate his entire biscuit with no problem and even contemplated weather or not he wanted a second. I even have a picky 18 month old who ate almost every bite.
My husband and I really liked these. I used cresent rolls and my own bbq recipe. A new spin on bbq, will definitely make these again.
This is an awesome football Sunday afternoon snack! My husband LOVES it! I don't use the peppers and substitute onions when frying the hamburger. I also use 1 lb. of hamburger but I make them rather overflowing. I would recommend this recipe and do!
