This recipe was so easy to follow & make. the dish came out great & is now one of the meals I have included in my semi-regular cooking routine. I would even consider making this as a side dish for a party or gathering.

we add extra veggies and use a little less BBQ sauce, but it is very tasty and the kids love the bite size meal!

I doubled this recipe because I have 2 active teenage boys. Suggest using BBQ sauce that is NOT honey-BBQ or it turns out too sweet. Next time I will double the recipe again, use a total of 1/2 cup red and 1/2 cup green peppers, and a total of 1/2 cup chipotle or other type of non-sweet BBQ sauce.

We serve this recipe with a salad and it is a big hit. Not only is it fast and easy , it's delicious. The kids love helping too!! :)

My friends & family love these! I make them at least twice a month. I always use ground turkey and fat-free cheese to make it a bit healthier. Delicious!

It was very good. I made it with a pound of burger, added more sauce and I added chopped onion and a little velveeta. It made 8 biscuits. I would recemend my addins.

Pretty good. I added a lot more BBQ sauce and substituted shredded carrots for the pepper. My family liked them a lot.

My family loved this recipe. I did put 2 biscuits in each of the tins in my larger muffin pan.

Great flavor! Very easy to alter to cater to different tastes. I divided half the meat mixture to mix half with mild BBQ, half with hot BBQ. Could easily tailor veggies this way too before filling the cups. Fun meal for my 10-yr-old daughter and I to make together!
