Instead of individual muffin cups, I pressed out biscuits(I used two tubes of the store brand "grand style" ones) evenly in a 13x9x1 1/8 pan. I added 5 min. longer on baking time as well. M-MM...Delicious and easy to put together!

I made according to recipe, and of course the family loved it, I then tried with phyllo and used shredded chicken and alfredo sauce with chopped broccoli, they also loved that, I am now experimenting with all kinds of mix and match. Thank you so much for giving me a whole new way to get the grandkids to eat the same dinner. ( I usually have to make 3 different entrees in order to get them all to eat, lol.)

Very good and easy. I didn't have any refrigerated buscuits, so I made them from scratch...and it was still quick and easy!

I make these all the time. We don't like peppers though. I always use Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls. My favorite is to make a spaghetti meat sauce with parmesan and mozzerella cheese on top. But we've even cracked an egg right into the cups and seasoned it and then put cheese on that which is also very good. So many variations, get creative! :) Loved by all.

Very Good. I am not a big fan of bell peppers, but they could hardly be tasted. Am making again for the 2nd time tonight!!

These are great little snaks for the kids. I made them with the biscuits as directed, but I also made some with cressant rolls, even better. I was surprised the kids really enjoyed them, only because of the onions and bell peppers.
