I also used turkey instead of beef. My children loved it. My 8-year old didn't even realize I used turkey. It was simple and easy. I would like to come up with some other fillings.

My family really enjoys this recipe. As a shortcut, I use left over sloppy joe meat (made with bbq sauce).

Very good! Have also made this recipe by substituting the barbecue sauce for taco seasoning. Skip the carrots...and add mexican blend shredded cheese. Makes great little taco biscuits!

My husband didn't care for the receipe but I thought they were good. I used a wheat type biscuit - just as tasty!

Quick & easy! This is one of the best dishes we've had so far. We used Kraft Original bbq sauce & it was very yummy!

I added a bit more sauce but it turned out to be a good quick meal. Although not good for leftovers.

My son is allergic to milk and eggs, so instead of using biscuits I used crescent rolls. They actually made better cups for the meat than the biscuits did and tasted just as good.
