I'm always looking for something different to do with ground beef that my entire family will enjoy and this fits the bill. It was very good. I added extra cheese on top.

My wife loved it, I did not. May be a good one for kids.

This was an excellent idea for a quick supper. I used an 16.3oz can of biscuts instead of the recommended 7.5 oz can and used a little more cheese on them. I also added onion and mushroom to the mix. Overall it was very tasty and I will defiently cook these again.

This was great for something different (like a sloppy joe variation) and very easy! We skipped the carrots, used half as much green pepper (which was plenty) and DH and I both would have liked more cheese.

Absolutely excellent, even though I omitted the carrots. HELPFUL HINT......If you bring your biscuits to room temperature before using, they are a LOT easier to handle. Simply flatten biscuits gently with fingers and put in muffin tin.....as you press filling into biscuits, the sides gradually rise in the pan. This is wonderful with all kinds of fillings, especially chicken salad (add a bit of cream cheese for texture) bake and serve cold. EXCELLENT!!!!!

My family really liked these! My son hates BBQ sauce, so I made a few with just cheese and meat. No complaints!
