this recipe is AWESOME! it was a HUGE hit with my husband and my in-laws. for kick, i added finely diced onions and a mixture of mozarella and cheddar cheese. you have to stop yourself from eating more than one!

I made this a little different, instead of BBQ sauce I used Sloppy Joe mix, Turkey Burger, Carrots & Cheese. It was great.

My mom taught me how to make these when I was a little girl. I've been making them ever since. All of the kids in our family love this one and it's the first recipe that most of them have learned to make all on their own. It's a family staple. I use cheddar cheese on top and don't do the bell pepper, as I don't know too many kids willing to eat them. :)

I myself don't like to eat my vegetables but my 2 1/2 year old does. I actually enjoyed every bite! She helps me make them now with different kinds of vegetables like green onions. This is one recipe that I would suggest to someone if they didn't like to eat their vegetables, this is the recipe for them!

The filling was very good and the whole idea was a very good one. However, once the muffin pan was sprayed with non-stick spray, the biscuit dough kept shrinking back into the bottom of the muffin cup. I couldn't get it to stay pressed against the sides so that they could be filled.

This was a great recipe. I experimented a little and used Velveeta cheese instead of BBQ sauce due to picky little eaters in my home. It was a big hit and I'm sure I'll be making them again soon!

This recipe is one that my kids love to fix for parties. The only variation is that we do not use the bar-b- que sauce. Instead we add a pack of powdered ranch dressing to the meat once it is done.

No one here liked the barbecue sauce in this particular recipe. So if I ever decide to try it again, I might go with taco seasoning instead.

I am skeptical of new recipes. I made this recipe for my family and my husband loved it. Very simple to make. I will definitely try this one again!

I used pasta sauce instead of BBQ and I made my own biscuits from Bisquick, and it was like litte individual biscuit pizzas. My family loved it! I would make it again.
