This is an awesome football Sunday afternoon snack! My husband LOVES it! I don't use the peppers and substitute onions when frying the hamburger. I also use 1 lb. of hamburger but I make them rather overflowing. I would recommend this recipe and do!

I thought this recipe was just ok. I might make it again but it wasn't really anything that great.

I used the Grands Bisquit Mix and it made 12 servings, when you split the bisquit in half. I still had 2 full bisquits leftover to cook as normal. I'm going to try these in mini-muffin pans for my next appetizer party!

I substituted ground turkey for the beef to make it a little healthier, but this recipe was a huge hit with my family! Our 18-month old son devoured them and kept asking for more!

I made this but not exactly the same... I used Grands Flaky biscuits,1 lb.ground beef, barbecue sauce, and shredded cheese. I halfed the biscuits by splitting them in the middle. I put the bottoms in muffin pan, fill with cooked beef that had barbecue sauce added, put a bit of shredded cheese on then put the remaining part of biscuit on top added more cheese on top, and cooked the time the biscuits said and served. It's was Wonderful!!!

I made 2 batches - the first turned out ok; the second was very doughy. The next time I make these, I am splitting the biscuits in 1/2.
