This makes plenty of servings and was very tasty. Make sure you poke the fork in far enough to let the steam out though!

Was ok, but plain. I added a couple of extra veggies to pep it up. Would probably not bother to make it again, but alright for one night. Recipe needs to add about 5 min. or so to microwave cook time on squash.

This is a good starting point. Cut in half and deseed 1st. Microwave for at least 20 min. covered with plastic wrap. Add garlic salt, black pepper, oregano, red pepperflakes, and extra finely-shredded mozzarela cheese. I used fresh grape tomatos, halved. 1/8th cup parsley is enough, kind of strong, but the color is good. This is a dramatic presentation and makes a bunch.

The recipe seemed like it would come out bland, so I added a few things of my own it came out better. It needed to be microwaved more, though, the cheese was hardly melted and the squash itself wasn't done.

Very tasty and easy to prepare. Just as good the next day.

This was very good. My Brother-in-law is very hard to please and he gobbled this up and even had seconds

This recipe would have been good without the fresh parsley, which was very overpowering. Our solution was to dump spaghetti sauce over the whole thing--very good, and a healthier choice than noodles.

This dish was horrible. I love spaghetti squash, but this recipe had no flavor what so ever. I was very disappointed!

This is another recipe I made for out-of-town company and it was real winner. The only thing I will add a little garlic in it next time and I'm sure it would be wonderful as a one dish dinner if you added shrimp or bay scallops. in it. Fix a salad, corn bread and dessert. What could be easier.

This recipe was very bland...not much flavor at all.
