This is very much like a recipe I've used before and that was quite good. Since spaghetti squash is so low in calories, you can go a little nuts with the sauces. Alfredo, for example, is good, as is pesto with chopped fresh tomatoes. My favorite is a blue cheese sauce.

This was great, I spiced it up a bit and also added some cubed chicken breast and served to the family as a main dish, even my picky two year old ate it!

We love spaghetti squash but get bored with it. I am looking forward to trying this variation! As far as I am concerned, any recipe with cheese has to be a winner.

The flavor needs to ber increased. I will try garlic and onions. The cheese was tasteless and added no flavor.

This was my first experience with spaghetti squash and I just loved it! I added 1/2 cup canned chopped tomatoes and 1/2 cup seasoned diced tomatoes instead of fresh tomatoes to give it more flavor. I will definitely be making this again!
