As is, a little bland, but not a bad base recipe. Next time I will probably add some creole seasoning to boost the flavor a little. Roasted mine in the oven as I had several other things to roast as well. Not sure if the microwave would affect the flavor any.

We make this whenever we find spaghetti squash. We add a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, some crumbled bacon (about 2 tablespoons) and some feta cheese on occasion for a delicious variation! Very fresh and tasty!

This was a good base recipe to add to. I roasted my Spaghetti squash used sun dried tomatos garlic fresh basil and it was delish

I make this quite often and love the fresh flavors with the melty cheese and it works perfectly with the texture of the squash. I follow the recipe and it works out nicely.

It was very blan. I added salt and garlic salt plus olive oil. It still need something. Not sure if I will make it again. I will add some things to make it taste better
