This entree looks GREAT on the table. It is my personal favorite during the summer months especially. I have given this recipe to every person who has eaten it at my house, they inturn have passed it around! Like this so much, we planted spaghetti squash in our garden this past summer!

Thought it was nice & easy, but I too added a few more spices to liven the taste up a bit.

Neither me nor my husband liked this at all. I even passed it on to a friend and she didn't like it either. There just wasn't a whole lot of flavor.

Like the taste of roasted spaghetti squash better than microwaved. Cut squash in half lenghtwise, deseed, drizzle w/ olive oil, sprinkle w/salt an pepper. Place flesh side down on pan, pierce outter skin w/ fork. Bake 350 for 30 min. Gives a nice sweet, nutty flavor. I also roast garlic on the same sheet to add to the "spaghetti" and to make garlic bread!

Next time I will add some butter with the cheese as well as extra cheese. We like lots of cheese on our spaghetti squash.

This was the first time I had ever had Spaghetti Squash and my entire family loved it. The only thing I would suggest is to season a bit more( it was a little bland)

When I made this, it was really bad. It was crispy and had a bad flavor. We microwaved it extra time, and it still didn't help. It was bland. I may try it again in the oven and find something to add some flavor.

I also tweaked this recipe~using the 1/2 c sour cream, i add Italian seasoning,garlic pepper and used shredded parmason instead of grated. will definitely make again.
