This is a go-to side for our family. Both of my picky-eater kids love it!

Instead of the plum tomatoes, I used a can of diced tomatoes with green chilis. Gave it a little "kick"!

followed directions exactly it was woody, and tastless. Don't waste your time making this dish!

this recipe is really good but is even better if you add bacon bits, ricotta cheese and a little season all and bake it (again)with extra parm. cheese on top. it depends on the size of the squash as to how long to cook.

needed to be cooked for 12 minutes instead of 10. However, it generally tasted excellent! Very easy. It also tasted better with crackers crumbled on top.

This would be better cooked in the oven rather than in the microwave.Even after extra cooking time the squash was too crisp.

I made this recipe and the smell coming off the squash it's delicious. It's a very light dish great dinner and also makes a healthy snack. I added 1 spoon of butter which just made it more aromatic and added a bit of salt Make and enjoy.

This is a great meatless dish. I added some scalions, salt, and pepper. My husband even liked it and he's a meat and potatoes man!

Very good and very different and I added a bit of cajun seasoning to give it a little extra flavor.

I really liked the taste but not for a whole meal. I would definately make this again and have it as a side dish.
