This cheesecake is so sooth and creamy. It's delicious. Everyone who tried loved it! My mom loved it so much, she made one for herself the very next day.

This is a VERY rich and decadent dessert. I even garnished with the fresh raspberries. Got lots of oohs and aahs for appearance and taste when served to my guests.

I cut the squares in half as our family are health conscious and counting calories. I used the 1/3 less fat cream cheese also. Yummy, for special occasions only.

I am not a fan of cheesecake, but my husband and son love it. This recipe hit the spot. It is not overly sweet which is a plus. Very good flavor. Enjoyed by all!!

This recipe looks very delicious! But I hope that it isn't very fattening, because it looks so good! It's so disappointing because a lot of recipes are so delicious, but you can't eat a lot of it because it is very rich and sweet and delicous and fattening. ***Sigh***

warning very rich! If you want to add some more fun to it use a caramel or fruit covering. the caramel made it alittle too rich so it felt like i ate a brick and everyone else that had some agreed about that. enjoy. and by the way if you are having problems with it cracking as you let it cool turn the oven off and leave your over cracked as it cools inside the oven.

I have made this recipe 2 times for the girls I work with and they love it. Right now I am getting ready to make it again. They now request it every time I ask what I should bring to a carry-in.
