I cut the recipe in half and divided into three baby loaf pans. I cut up 4 frozen cooked susage links and cooked them a little. It was good and really easy. I baked them for a 1/2 hour.

I make similar recipes for myself and end up having to cut down the ingredients for only one person. Sometimes I use salsa with it or add additional vegetables to my liking if I have them available. Good for a light evening meal as well with an English Muffin. It's quick and easy and you can add things to change the taste.
