I love stuffed cabbage, so when I saw this recipe I had to try it. It was so easy to make and tasted divine. I added chopped green peppers to mine. Would also be good if you substituted zucchini for the cabbage.

I doubled this recipe so it took a little longer than is indicated, but it was great--and I have leftovers to freeze for another night.

This was the BEST! It tasted just like stuffed cabbage does but without having to do all the work associated with rolling the cabbage et al. I thought the taste was great and my boyfriend loved it too. Made it with some mashed potatoes and it was perfect!

It was tasteless. I had to add some chili powder to make it taste like any thing at all!! If I made it again I would add a can of spicy chili beans and make the tomatoes a can of diced tomatoes with hot chilis.

This recipe was good, but the second time I made it I used white rice and my family enjoyed it even more because they really don't care for brown rice. All in all it was good.
