My husbands mom makes cabbage rolls and I have no desire to spend that much time making something. Then I found this recipe and we love it. I use bagged shredded cabbage (if I can't find that then I will use the bag of coleslaw mix) to save time. Serve it with mashed potatoes and you have a complete meal. Even my hubsand says it tastes just like his moms cabbage rolls which is a GREAT compliment lol. She even asked me for the recipe so she doesn't have to make the rolls!

My friend's mother makes the BEST cabbage rolls and I have had the taste for them, for some time now. I ran across this recipe and--WOW!!! Was I impressed--it was yummy and so east to make. Cannot wait to make it again!!

Used a cabbage resh from my first garden ever! Substituted ground turkey for the ground beef. I did not use a full cup of water. Used about 1/3 cup. There was enough liquid from the tomatoes to cook the rice. It was Delicous!
