This recipe pops up often on my menu. It's easy and flavorful and tastes just like stuffed cabbage rolls, only it takes less time to prepare.

My husband LOVED this! It's a bit more time consuming than many other skillet dishes, but worth it. Cheap, low cal, low fat, and pretty nutritious too!!

This recipe worked out very well. My 3 & 5 yr olds even liked it. I did add some grated cheddar cheese on top to entice them a bit more. But that worked out well for everyone. I also varied the recipe by adding 2 10oz cans of diced tomatoes w/ chiles. This gave it a nice bite in the background that even the kids liked.

I'm not a big fan of cabbage but my husband is. When I make this again I will use less cabbage and probably add some Italian Sausage and more rice. It was sort of bland in my opinion.

I was needed different recipes for using ground beef and decided to try this out. It was good and hearty, a nice pick for winter. I would suggested maybe using 2 spice packets, my dish was a little bland. I would make it again. I used red and green cabbage, it made it look like a party in the skillet.

Instead of ground meat, I used some Italian sausage with the casing removed, and white rice. It turned out very good. Everybody loved it. I will probably try it with ground turkey next time.

I haven't eaten cabbage many times and had some in the fridge and used this recipe to use it up. It was a good meal, something different to try!

I'm not a huge fan of cabbage, but I LOVE this recipe. It is very easy to make and I've shared it with numerous collegues. They've made it and have all said their kids loved it. I don't use as much tomato, and I use Rotel tomatoes to add some spice.
