This recipe needed a little tweaking but I thought it turned out excellent. I added some extra seasoning (garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper) to the meat while browning and used beef broth instead of water. I would make regular cabbage rolls but it's a lot of work for just my husband and I, this is definitely a keeper it can be made any night of the week!
