It was really easy to make and it was delishes. I used strawberries instead of rasberries out of personal preferance. I think that it is a good summer dish for parties. Everyone in my house loved it.

This desert is wonderful! The grocery store didn't have raspberries, so I used strawberries instead the first time. The second time, I twisted it up even more, and used vanilla pudding and blueberries. What a great combo with the brownies! This one will become a staple to my summer parties.

I made a few changes, it's even better! I took it to a party, even men and teenagers were asking for the recipe! Sub 1c. milk w/ canned milk in pudding. Sub water w/ coffee in brownies. Pour (1/4c. coffee mixed w/ 1/8c. caramel syrup) over brownies before layering them. Sub raspberries w/ 3 crushed HEATH bars.

Made this a lite version by substituting chocolate angle food cake, fat-free pudding and skim milk and fat free whipped topping. Extremely low-fat, low calories, but great taste!!!
