What You Need

pkg. (18.3 to 19.5 oz.) brownie mix (family size)

pkg. (3.9 oz. each) JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding

cups cold milk

tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

cups fresh raspberries

Make It

PREPARE brownie batter and bake in 9-inch square pan as directed on package; cool completely.

MEANWHILE, beat pudding mixes and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in 1 cup COOL WHIP. Refrigerate until ready to use.

CUT brownies into 1-inch cubes. Layer half each of the brownie cubes, pudding, berries and remaining COOL WHIP in 2-qt. bowl. Repeat layers.

REFRIGERATE 1 hour.

Note

If desired, use BAKER'S ONE BOWL Brownies to bake a 13x9-inch brownie layer. Cut enough of the brownie into 1-inch cubes to measure 5-1/2 cups. Reserve remaining brownies for snacking.

Special Extra

Chop 2 chocolate-coated caramel-peanut nougat bars (2.07 oz. each). Assemble dessert as directed, topping each layer of raspberries with layer of half the chopped nougat bars.

Variation

Substitute 1 pkg. (12 oz.) marble pound cake, cubed, for the baked brownies and/or undrained thawed frozen raspberries for the fresh raspberries.

It looks pretty. But once everyone starts to dig in, it gets messy. Other than that, this is a pretty good recipe. Everyone loved it!

I make this recipe all the time! Everyone loves it. It has lots of chocolate, but not too much. If you can't find the French Vanilla Cool Whip, I just use the regular flavor. You will get rave reviews on this one!

I have made this dessert 5 times now and it's a HIT everytime!! I used strawberries instead of raspberries! It's rich and very chocolaty - best for chocolate lovers :) YUMZZZZZZZZZ!!!!!! Chocolate lovers shud definately try this...it's easy and very very yummy!!!

I made it in a 8 by 8 dish, omitted the whipped topping and was STILL delicious and georgeous.

Took it to a church potluck - and it wowed everyone! So pretty...and DELICIOUS! I was impressed with the abundance of ratings this selection received - and so glad I tried it! This is a KEEPER!!

Delicious! I used sliced strawberries instead which I let sit in the refrigerator with some sugar beforehand. This was a hit with everyone and I wish I had more leftover to enjoy!

Definately a keeper. I made this with Strawberries because they were in season. It was the hit of the party. My bowl came home clean and all enjoyed very much.
