Just made this and my boyfriend said it was the best thing he's ever tasted from pinterest! I added 8 oz of whipping cream and about 4 oz of cream cheese to get the sauce to thicken. I also added about 1/2 cup of tomato sauce. I'm not a big fan of tomatoes but they were good in this. I sautéed all veggies in a large pan for about 4 minutes before adding pasta, chicken, cream and cheese. Will make again!!

I made this dish last night with some modifications that I developed after my last couple attempts, and it was absolutely delicious! I substituted vegetable broth and used half-and-half and also added a few tablespoons of Philadelphia Italian Cheese and Herb cooking creme. My sauce never thickened in the past, so I added about a half cup of parmesan cheese and left the dish on low heat for 10-15 minutes. It worked perfectly! The sauce was nice and creamy and stayed warm while we ate our salad. Highly recommend!

Out of this world awesome. My husband turned his nose up to this dish then tried it, and LOVED it. Kids liked it too. Only thing I added was an 8 ounce can of Tomato sauce. Very good.

Very yummy, I loved the flavor the gorgonzola brought. When I smelled it straight up I wasn't sure... but it was perfect. We don't like tomato's so I put in red bell pepper instead which gave it a nice added crunch.

This was the best pasta dish I have had in a long time! My husband gave it 5 stars and has asked that we make that once a month!

THE WAY I MADE THIS RECIPE WAS NOT ENTIRELY LIKE WHAT THE RECIPE CALLED FOR. I KNOW IT COULD HAVE BEEN MUCH MORE TASTEFUL, BUT I ONLY COULD USE WHAT I HAD ON HAND. READ MY NOTES. ALL IN ALL PRETTY GOOD.

did lots of substituting so I don't really know if my rating is fair - used browned crumbled sausage not chicken, bowtie pasta instead of penne, vegetable broth not chicken, and ricotta cheese not cream - but we liked the outcome. Oh, I also threw in chopped zucchini with the tomatoes, and black olives at the end.

This was really good. I pretty much followed the recipe except I used grape tomatoes which threw in at the last minute so they wouldn't over cook...used the gorgonzola cheese which all melted and made this a creamy cheesy pasta dish. Kids loved it.
