Very good recipe! I didn't add the tomatoes, I like tomatoes, but I didn't have a jar handy. I also cut the amount of Gorgonzola in half because I know how strong that cheese is. Overall, excellent recipe with those changes! Will definitely make again!

Everyone in my family loved this recipe, even the kids! After reading other reviews, I substituted canned diced tomatoes. I also sprinkled some flour into the mix while it was simmering, which thickened the sauce nicely. And, I bought feta cheese instead of gorgonzola (we sprinkled parm. cheese on the kids' pasta).

It was very good, though I added a 1/2tsp lemon pepper seasoning and 1 tbs garlic powder. The children did not like the cheese, so the next time I make it it will be without the cheese. My husband and I did like it with the cheese though.

Great recipe! I made a couple of changes. Since I didn't have pre-grilled chicken, I quickly seasoned some chicken breast in garlic pepper and lightly floured with wheat flour. This worked out well in thickening the sauce in the end, which others complained about. I also added a little extra garlic pepper and sea salt at the end because it was a little under-seasoned. Other than that, I agree with the other reviews: this is a restaurant quality dish!

Easy to make, and tasted soooo good! Who needs to go out to a restaurant when you can make something like this at home!?!?!?

This recipe is to die for! Something out of a restaurant, but without the bill! I used Feta cheese instead of Gorgonzola, just read some of the reviews that the Gorgonzola was too strong. The feta melted and blended with the rest of the flavor perfectly. If you don't have tomatoes on hand, sun-dried tomatoes work just as well and is equally delicious. I've tried this dish both ways. I highly recommend this recipe. A lot of chopping and work but well worth it in the end.

My husband and I really enjoyed this dish, but it was a little runny; even with adding flour. I added mushrooms and topped it with some grated parmesan for a variation...delicious!
