I used Feta instead of the gorgonzola out of personal preference. It was delicious and pretty easy, as long as you chop the vegetables in advance. Great with a glass of white wine.

This tasted as good as restaurant style pastas. My husband coudln't believe it came out of our kitchen!!! It is a little complicated for a busy weekenight, but well worth the extra effort.

I subsituted brocolli for the asparagus and added red pepper. It was very good and very easy to make.

This recipe was wonderful! It tasted like it was from the Macaroni Grill. I subsituted broccoli for the asparagus. I also plan to put more broccoli and onions in it next time.

loved it the second time I used bell pepper instead of asparagus, as I like it better, and it was even more fantastic

This is very good. The only change was I did not use grilled chicken. Will add this to my list of recipes to make again and again.

I had a very hard time getting the sauce to thicken up, but overall it was a good dish. I will try adding the red pepper flakes next time though.
