It did take a long time to prepare. My husband doesn't like asparagus so I left that out. Overall it was good. I added more cheese to it.

Excellent dish! My husband and I both love gorgonzola cheese. I used 1 T. of dried basil instead of fresh and like others added 2-3 t. of flour as the sauce did not thicken as the recipes says it will. Next time I make it I will increase the amount of asparagus to 11/2 c. and the tomatoes to 2 c. My husband also liked putting extra gorgonzola on his portion. The only issue with this recipe is that it took longer to prepare than I expected. Next time I will need to do some prep ahead of time.

Absolutely Delicious... but you must like the taste of the Gorgonzola cheese. I added a tablespoon of flour to thicken the mixture and a little salt and pepper.

This recipe was great! I actually doubled it and it was better heated up the next day. My husband and I loved it.

We used pea pods instead of the asparagus

In addition to the fresh tomatoes, I added sundried tomatoes and also substituted steak for the chicken. I like things a bit saucier, so I added more cream, too. It ages well in the refrigerator, and if you added too much liquid, the pasta will soak some of it up. Fabulous:)

The sauce did not thicken, so I added some flour to thicken it up. There was little to no flavor (unless you ate a bunch of the Gorgonzola cheese), so I added some Tapitio hot sauce and Parmesan cheese... great additions!

Great flavor combination. I might try using feta instead of gorgonzola next time, but otherwise great!

This is a delicious, nutritious dish! I didn't use any chicken or whipping cream (didn't have any!) and I added mushrooms...it was great! I'm sure the sauce would have been thicker with the cream, but it was fine the way it was...tasted very fresh this way!
