This was quick, easy and yummy. My family enjoyed it also. I made a couple of changes. I substituted a 15 oz. container of ricotta cheese for the cottage cheese (my kids aren't fans of it), and poured 1/2 cup water around the inside of the casserole dish before baking. This compensated well for the difference in moisture and volume. I also left the dish covered for the entire baking time. The result was delicious and exactly what I was hoping for...a bit more moist and "saucy" looking than the photo. I think this recipe would be great either way...give it a try! :)

I added spinach! Was awesome! My kids ( 3 & 5) loved it!

We really liked this recipe, but I used fat free cottage cheese and fat free mozzarella. I was a little unsure about the fat free mozzarella since fat free cheeses don't always melt the best, but it was great and worked fine.

I used regular hamburger and eggs instead of egg substitute, but this was delicious! Just make sure the noodles are completely covered with sauces or they get crunchy!

I also used ground turkey since that's what I already had on hand. This was a hit and we will definitely be making this again!
